a. Door Delivery in Sonipat, Haryana:

• We offer doorstep delivery within the Sonipat city limits.
• Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
• Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package during the specified delivery window.

b. In-Store Pickup from Gohana Road Store:

• Customers have the option to collect their orders from our Gohana Road store.
• An email notification will be sent when the order is ready for pickup.
• Please bring a valid ID and the order confirmation email when picking up your items.

2. Shipping Charges

a. Door Delivery:

• For orders above Rs. 15000, we offer free shipping.
• For orders below Rs. 5000, a flat fee of Rs. 200 will be charged for delivery.

b. In-Store Pickup:

• There are no additional charges for in-store pickup.

3. Order Processing Time

a. Door Delivery:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day will be processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

b. In-Store Pickup:

• Orders will typically be ready for pickup within 12:00 hours of confirmation.

4. Tracking Your Order

a. Door Delivery:

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.
• You can track your package through our designated courier partner’s website.

b. In-Store Pickup:

• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within Haryana, India. We do not offer international shipping.
